1. Substitution Policy
While we will make every
effort to fill your order as placed, occasionally we may find it necessary to
substitute items that are no longer available. Should this situation
arise, we will try to contact you first and give you the opportunity to choose
a different item. However, in the event that we are unable to
contact you, we reserve the right to replace the unavailable item with an item
of equal or greater value. When making a substitution, we will do
our very best to choose an item that matches the original item as closely as
possible.
2. Important Safety Information
Remember,
safety first! Please remove all tags, buttons, ribbons or any other
small pieces from items as they may present a choking hazard to infants.
3. Damaged Items
Each item is carefully prepared for
shipping. Occasionally, however, an item may get damaged during
shipment. If this should occur, please contact our office for

4. Returns
If for any reason
you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a
full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Please note
that returns are not accepted after ten days. All custom-made and/or
personalized baskets and gifts are not returnable or refundable.
5. Accuracy
While we have made every effort to ensure that all
of the details in our website are correct, we cannot be held responsible for
typographical errors. We also reserve the right to make changes
without prior notice.
